General structure
We’ve formed the general structure according to which the whole project will go through all the predetermined steps and will be carried out.

• Beta version of the website
  In order to get consumers acquainted with the project, we’ve launched a beta version of the website where you can see general information about the project.
• First NFT collection
  We’ve already created the first full NFT collection, where every single detail for the future development of the project is taken into account.
  The collection consists of 25 mythological Runnies that differ by rarity levels and contains 1500 items.
• Engagement on Twitter.
• Engagement on Medium.

• Completing the project branding
  Our brand book is currently being processed and the first step of the roadmap is its completion which entails approval of the logo, colours and final mood board.
• Launching the full version of the website
  Launching the full version of the website is also part of the first step because it’s very important for our community to have easy access to different kinds of information about the project.
• Activating Discord
  One of the crucial steps of the first phase is setting up a Discord server and creating an active community. This is important for keeping the project going and for keeping the community updated on every detail of the project.
• Giveaways on Twitter
  Before minting the collection, a couple of giveaways will be arranged on Twitter which will enable the audience to obtain collection items before it’s minted.
• Minting
  We will close the first phase with minting the collection. This will be the most important stage of this phase because received results will affect further development of the project.

• Working on smart contracts
  The second phase will start with working on smart contracts. Working on smart contracts includes:
  - Systematic processing and development of collections and minting procedures.
  - Adaptation and adjustment of the royalty system to its owner.
  - The first integration into the game.
• Strengthening the team regarding design
  For the right development of the project, it is vital to strengthen the team with experienced designers and 3D artists who will be responsible for developing new elements of the game.
• Adding community managers
  In order to improve communication and involvement of the community, the team will be strengthened with community managers for Discord as well as any other platform.
• Creating new elements of the game gradually
  Along with everything mentioned above, in the second phase we also plan to create new items that involve game characters, mounts, equipment, houses, longships and materials. Each element will be integrated into the game and will be given a special purpose.
• Creating whitelists and arranging giveaways
  Before minting each collection, whitelists will be created and listed people will have a priority when buying items. Along with this, before minting each collection, giveaways will be arranged on Twitter.
• Minting
  The second phase will close with minting each new collection step by step.

• Strengthening the team in the developing area
  Due to the fact that the final goal of the project is to create an ultimate game which will be fully integrated with NFT, it is necessary to build a strong team of developers who will actively work on the game.
• Integrating a unique currency into the game
  An important aspect of perfecting the game is integration of a unique currency which we are discussing with crypto companies.
• Switching the network to a specific cryptocurrency
• Processing of the selected token economy and its distribution
  In order to avoid inflation of the token we’ve created, our team will work on the token economy and distribute it appropriately.
• Launching the beta version of the game
  The third phase will close with launching the beta version of the game. The beta version will only be available to those in the whitelist.

• Launching the complete version of the game
  The final phase will start with launching the complete version of the game. At this stage, both the NFT elements of the game and the cryptocurrency which can be earned by any player will be integrated into the game.
• Creating a support team for the players
  In case players need technical help, a support team, which will be ready to assist players in different matters, will be assembled.
• Creating rewards for winning players
  Special NFT items will be created for the winning players of the game. The quantity of the items will match the quantity of the players who are able to complete the game.
